Roles and Responsibilities for the above candidates:

Identify prospective clients. Generate business from new accounts and handle current prospects. Meet Revenue targets as defined. Achieve profitability, contribution and collection norms. Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery / service quality norms. Build credibility, Gain market share in the territory specially by getting more offshore Contracting Business. Work with Delivery teams in verticals to generate Proposals and Bid Responses. Travel to India based on business needs.

Skills and Job Requirements

You should be an American citizen born in America. Should have sold IT solutions across enterprise vertical. Should have handled end to end Bid Management process of at least USD 1 Million per annum. Have a proven IT sales track record in complex, enterprise solutions sales. Should have good contacts and make presentations at top management/Board levels. Effective IT Solution selling skills. Sound product/solution knowledge (technical knowledge is desirable) Perseverant and customer Oriented Approach With Commercial and business acumen. Effective communication and interpersonal skills Market knowledge of IT industry and trends. The candidate should be a self starter and highly motivated to take up challenging task of penetrating new accounts and markets.
